I feel a little bit sad
for the people that sat on the other side of history as it was being made. Those who chose not to vote for someone that, I think, will become a great President.

1. The ones who really missed out
are the ones who wanted Obama to win but failed to show up to vote. I can't imagine anyone not being part of this if you were pulling for Obama, or just for Democrats for that matter.

3. I think they are
Edited on Wed Nov-05-08 07:31 PM by Gilligan
fucking assholes - they have done NOTHING to make this country better or to put COUNTRY FIRST. They place party above Country every single, fucking time. They hate you and me for our "radical leftist ideals" such as making health insurance available to everyone and turning back the clock on global warming.

They are clueless because that is exactly how they want to be.

(edit to fix typo)

6. Theocratic fascism is dying? Really?
It's a little hard for GLBT Democrats in California, Arizona, Florida, and Arkansas to believe that right now.

5. my daughter had a mock vote yesterday
and out of 17 votes, only 3 voted for Obama. My husband and I told her last night, that she was on the right side of history and the ones that voted against will know it some day. She came home from school today and told me that Obama was an African American just like Martin Luther King and did I know that? I said yes, didn't you and she said she didn't really know it but she guessed he might be cuz he looked like Tommy(her brother).

13. I'm bummed because they're so
many delusional lapdogs who love being brainwashed but very thankful the majority in our country want to live in a reality based environment.

This election was vital to our children's and their children's future and they were way too many who had no freaking clue.
