Which one is going to throw the other under the bus first? McCain or
Palin? One of them is going to start the ugly whisper campaign in the next day or so, and I can't wait to see the meltdown. It's coming, but it's a matter of who goes first and who has the most damaging things to say.

McCain came out first, with the "whackjob" comment, but I am convinced that the wingnuts will soon be swinging back hard, in an effort to try to rehabilitate their "golden girl".

7. Good on him
I know a few million folks who would be pleased to assist the Disasta from Alaska move the brood out of the lower 48.

4. I think it will be Palin, too.
She looked stunned last night. And she looked angry, too. She is NOT going to take any responsibility for their defeat.

5. And in honesty it isn't her fault--McCain is the one who selected her.

11. If we want to get right down to it, he probably didn't select her either
She was forced on him by the Limbaugh/Hannity types along with the Right-Wing fundamentalists.

14. Oh, good point! When do we get to see the two factions going at it? I want
to see Bill Kristol, Hannity, Limbaugh, etc., thrown under the bus by their own for pushing that loser on the ticket.

9. Apparently, she wanted to speak last night but McCain was having none of it
I think when the eruption happens - and it will - its going to be huge.

13. McCain had trained monkeys in the date palms with poo flinging abilities if she tried it.

going at each others throats.

15. I hear he's pretty vindictive
so you know he's going to leak out all her dirty little secrets. Besides, she will have to face the Republican attack machine herself next time in their primary. If she thinks the way Obama treated her during this campaign was tough (when he practically never even addressed her), well, as Joe Biden's mom would say, "God love her..." Those boys will absolutely eat her alive. Welcome to the national stage cupcake, you're a long long way from Wasilla. :P

...With tire tracks across her new clothes.

To add, this is the season where it's dark there most of the day. In a week, no one will even remember her. We wont see her, hear her, or feel her.
The Who could write an opera about her career.
