When do they add in the early voting? Why isn't it just a lump

When do they add in the early voting? Why isn't it just a lump
sum to start? They keep saying these are early rural returns. Where's the early votes?

All this bullshit and they don't even think and talk about important things.

They don't count early ballots, they just store them for the election night count.

2. Because the precincts don't count until after the polls closed...
The ballots are stored, not counted, until after the polls close. That protects the integrity of the entire election. If early voting results were to leak out before election day, it would be very bad.

6. Yes, they are counted together....
The early votes don't get data dumped. The ballots are arranged based on precinct and voter #, not the day they voted.
