Coming attack ad: Is America ready for a President who confuses Sanford and Son and the Jeffersons?

Senator Obama mixed up Elizabeth Sanford and Louise Jefferson in a VERY funny joke on the campaign trail today. (Bst joke of the campaign so far.) He was joking about the McCain campaign over-reacting to things and ssuggested McCain's reaction to some trivial thing would be, "This is the big one... I'm coming Weezy."

Since Barack hasn't made many mistakes lately, I think this epic gaffe will have to serve for McCain's "closing argument" ads:

When the chips are down and split second decisions can mean the difference between life and death...

can we afford a President who thinks Fred Sanford's deceased wife was named "weezy"? ...In this chair?

You can bet your life Vladimir Putin knows who Fred Sanford's wife was.

Barack was talking about McCain's smears during a campaign appearance today, and suggested that McCain's reaction to some trivial thing (I forget what it was) would be like Sanford and Son, "This is the big one... I'm coming Weezy."
