1. They think its a winner for them. Like Joe the Plumber
Funny thing is the idiots in the crowd. Likely have no wealth to spread. They would benefit from Obama

13. They think all of America is as ignorant as Joe the shit-for-brains plumber.
It's not working this time. You can't fool all the people all of the time. I don't think they can even steal this one.

She is such an idiot, she is exposing her stupidity and exposing McCain's lack in judgment! Thank you MSNBC for giving her rope for everyone to hear her stupid platitudes. LOL!

6. Not only is it not a bad thing.
Flattening out the distribution of income and wealth is essential to our recovery. The right's failure to come to grips with this is, IMHO, their primary cause of their undoing. They don't recognize the problem. Of course they cannot have a solution for it if they don't recognize it, and their rhetoric is not going to save them.

7. Like I told my Republican friend
He was rambling on how the rich shouldn't be taxed more because of charitys and taxes they already pay, and blah, blah, blah...

One thing I have learned about charity in my life, from having lived on welfare on up the pay scale, charity is not something done for the middle class. It's done for the poor.

The only way the middle class get charity, is by getting a tax cut. So what exactly is your middle class income problem with the guy who wants to give you one? Rather have more money off to the poor by your generosity?

But more to the point, I wanna know what your middle class reasoning is for supporting the wealthy besides wanting to throw a socialist label on a tax break for yourself.

10. Besides.........
you gotta remember, McCain was "FOR" taxing the rich before he was "AGAINST" it... you know... back in his "MAVERICK" days...

nobody's stopping them.

11. Yeah, I don't get it etiher....
.... like with the Drudge report thing.

I'm sorry, but I thought one of the fundamental tenants of Christianity was that those who have money were supposed to share with those who didn't?

The right wing values voters must have had a meeting and changed that part of Christianity when I was in Sunday School or something.

12. Not if they take it from the ultra rich
As long as the middle class is not tapped to pay for any new programs all will be fine.

14. Palin raised taxes on oil companies
so she could give every man, woman and child in Alaska a bigger handout.

The ACES program in AK is the most glaring "wealth spreading" scheme in the US.

15. Here's John McCain advocating for the same thing...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X2JPbQOHEkY

I guess if being an advocate of the progressive tax system = being a socialist, then McCain qualifies as well. Unless he's flip-flopped on this as well. It's hard telling what he really stands for these days.
