Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin will deliver her first policy address at a 9 a.m. gathering tomorrow -- addressing the issue of special needs children.

Ms. Palin, the Alaska governor who recently gave birth to a son with Down Syndrome, will give the address at the Airport Marriott before an invited crowd of 350, campaign aides said.

Trig Palin, the governor's six-month-old son, accompanied her as her campaign airplane landed at Pittsburgh International Airport today. She was also accompanied by her 7-year-old daughter, Piper. Campaign staff declined to offer any details of the speech or what policies Ms. Palin would announce. She came to Pittsburgh today for a victory rally, set for tonight, at Beaver Area High School.

The visit -- Ms. Palin's third to the area since she became the nominee -- comes as one poll shows the McCain-Palin ticket tightening the lead of Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama.
