4. At least there's SOMETHING TO COUNT! I'll be interested to hear

the reason for this. I only voted on an optical scan system twice that I can recall, but each time, if the scanner couldn't read your ballot, it spit it right back at you, and if a 2nd or 3rd insertion attempt didn't work, you had that ballot destroyed and filled out a new one! There should never be a need to hand count!

the oval that you fill in is not the right size and can't be read. All ballots will have to be counted in the presence of reps from both parties.
