The PA strategy would look a lot better for McCain if Obama didn't have
$150 Million in the bank.

This means Obama can still spend McCain dollar for dollar in PA while swamping him in NC, FLA, Ohio, MO.

Everything...

And I mean everything would have to break for McCain.

They can afford not one more mistake, one more screwed up wacko congressperson going off half-cocked on cable news, not even one mis-spoken word by McCain, not one more revelation about Palin or, for that matter, McCain, not one more incident of tire slashing...

Nothing, Nada, Zip...

BTW, I think Obama has a better than even chance of winning Ohio big.

I've been involved with Ohio politics since the 1980 election and I have never seen, by either party, a ground game so completely integrated with broadcast media and mailings complimenting each other. The ground game is superb. The Media is crisp and on message. The volunteers are efficient.

Damn, this guy knows how to run a campaign...

I want to win all 3 and see how early we can call it a night.

3. Voter disenfranchisement in Philly.
I'd be surprised if that's not part of their strategy.

Drag out Rev. Wright et al, to try to bring down Obama's lead and then prevent Obama strongholds from voting.

6. If he drags out Rev Wright, you know the national media will have a field
day showing the commercial over and over and over again until every person in America see's it...

10. Yes, that's what they're gonna do.
Suppress the vote in Philly and drive the sticks to the polls in a batshit crazy racist frenzy. We need maximum turnout in Philly and the Philly suburbs to tamp down the racist frenzy in the T.

And we will get it ten times over.

5. My friends who have been in politics here in California tell me
That they have never seen a campaign run like this one...

And they also say that the internet has completely revolutionized their work...

Nonetheless, much credit must go to Obama for his amazing ability to pick the best, smartest folk to work with him...

And McCain has not been in charge of his campaign at all...It's a mess from top to bottom.

I almost feel sorry for him. Almost.

15. LMAO I was just about to post the exact same thing
McCain can't win trying to play on Obama's expanded territory so his best chance is to go for the biggest blue state that he could possibly have a prayer of a chance in, and that is Pennsylvania. McCain having a shot in Pennsylvania is the one thing that really shakes up the electoral map. Having the polls close in this state would get McCain some good press coverage in the media and hopefully for him it would get Obama to take his resources out of North Carolina, Indiana, and maybe get complacent in Colorado and pull his resources from there as well. Of course this strategy would almost entirely depend on McCain actually winning Pennsylvania because if he doesn't, he needs Colorado and Virginia. And he needs both Ohio and Florida in both of these scenarios.

This strategy might of course have some chance of working if Obama didn't have more cash than he could possibly need. He's now spending on North Dakota, West Virginia, Montana, and Georgia which means that he's already spent as much as he needs to in every single primary battleground state.

16. Could work if Barack wasn't running the most awesome campaign
in history, and if McCain had something to offer other than divisiveness and hate.
