10. The presumption is that people follow the activities of their candidates, not that everyone
monitor every channel at all times.

If 'keeping track' of things is the explanation, then NO threads would be needed. Bad argument considering not everyone watches every single channel at every single moment.

Not only that, but there is at least one other thread about Biden's speech. As I said, waste of DU bandwith.
