You know what debate I want to see.
Edited on Sun Sep-05-04 01:28 AM by Bleachers7
I would love to see a debate between Kerry, Bushler, Nader, Cobb, Badnerik, the socialists, fascists and communists. That's got all of the big groups covered. The debate would probably be unruly, but the exchange of ideas would be outstanding. It couldn't be any worse than what we have now. I love Kerry and I think he will make a great president, but this country is starving for legitimate debate. Let them debate 10 times like the 9 Dems did. What do you all think?

1. Well it would probably mean other parties gaining more support
Do you think it would pay off for us?

2. It probably wouldn't pay off for us (the democrats)
But that's not my point. I am kind of sick of the two parties. I don't think there are enough ideas out there. I am not taking Naders position and I like the core of the Democratic party, but the pukes have the same problems.

3. Too bad Badnerik
won't put as much of a dent in polls for * as Nadar will for us.

Although I had a laugh when I went for the transcripts of the 2000 Gore/* debate

4. I agree!
I am sick of the 2 parties also, & so are a lot of other people.

Repubs are already talking about a realignment, after this election, because there are a lot of unhappy campers on the right.

And what I see of the left, same situation.

I think we need a few more viable parties, because there are huge segments of people who feel they are not being represented.

5. Next time maybe
This time the stakes are too high for an "info-sweepstakes."

The debates have to be between Kerry and Bush solely, and they have to be bitter, vicious fights. We have to take it to the Bushoids so severely that even the full Supreme Court won't be able to put them back in office.

People with other agendas over the next weeks or so "just don't get it." The lives of billions of people depend on removing the neocon influence from our government.

The Nader campaign allready bears some responsibility for what has happened since 2000. Doing the same thing in 2004 shows the ultimate in societal irresponsibility.

This time Nader's ego will cost thousands of lives, and nobody can make beleive they don't understand that point.
