McCain's Appearance's Sound Like He Has Ringers In The Crowd To Cheer And Start Chants.......

McCain's appearances seem like they are too contrived. The people in the crowd seem like they either are being prompted to cheer and chant at certain times or there are a group of McCain operatives in the crowd that get the crowd started. They just don't seem genuine to me. Anybody else get that same sense?
