Let's hope he and his family is ready for it.

1. Did you notice how when it came time to discuss health care Joe the plumber became
much richer. He was no longer someone with a dream of a small business, he was all of a sudden a medium sized business according to McCain.

6. By the time McCain was done with him he was much richer than that.
He had to make Joe rich enough to be affected by Obama's health care plan in a negative way.

2. My guess is that Joe guy wasn't a business owner at all. He's probably
an unemployed freeper guy.

5. When I googled his name last night
I came up with a plumbing business in Ohio with his last name - "Whathisname Brothers". I don't know if it's him, but it's a unique name. A man, maybe Joe's dad, from Ohio has 5 pages of donations to Republicans on opensecrets.org. The address listed for the "Brothers" plumbing business, when googled up show a long rural road with horse ranches and a few houses. I used "Street View" and couldn't find a damn plumbing sign on the whole street.

I don't know if that's him - his business doesn't have a website. And if he runs it out of his home he doesn't advertise it to anyone driving by.

But now that Joe is so "famous" (thanks McCain!!!) I think we'll be learning more about Joe.

8. There you are. It's his old man's business or something.
Some real business guy isn't standing on a street following Obama around.

12. He was obviously a republican plant.
Cameras ready. Gotcha moment. Then use in debate. Toss "joe" (wow, another Joe, how curious) on the day after morning shows. Nearly perfect ....... but too obvious. Joe listens to way too much talk radio. Too many rw talking points.

4. ayup...
I felt the guy was a plant as soon as I saw the video. And when McCain kept invoking him tonight it just confirmed it for me. He's overplayed his hand once again and now people are going to want to know exactly who "Joe" is.

Hey Joe - prepare to be revealed!:bounce:

7. I was disgusted by how little time the struggling student or mother or teacher
received. :puke: I walked away from the debate almost hating Joe the plumber.

11. Joe ain't the norm for working people (you know, us folks NOT SITTING ON OUR BUTTS!)
Too many of us are out here working 2 and 3 jobs just to make ends meet and STILL not having health care coverage. Does that sound like we're sitting on our butts Joe? The economic playing field is slanted extremely in favor of the wealthy. I want that playing field to be level. That is the American way that allows people to pursue their dreams. Joe doesn't seem to get that.

13. I will bet he turns out to be a fraud. How does somebody who's not even registered
to vote rattle off talking points like that? Heh, maybe he's a felon and got purged from the rolls. :)

Something smells here and it's not just rotten fish head mcstain.
