Does Sarah Palin remind you of Katherine Harris? Remember her?

And we see how her "faithfulness" to the repubs went so well for her:sarcasm:

Katherine Harris

Despite Harris' support of many Republican causes and her previous statewide victories, some party leaders expressed doubt about her statewide appeal:

* In May 2006, Florida Governor Jeb Bush questioned Harris's ability to win the general election and encouraged others to challenge her in the primary.

* Karl Rove expressed doubts about her statewide appeal.

* National Republicans openly criticized her campaign and tried to convince other GOP candidates to challenge Harris in the primary.

--snip--

Campaign troubles

By late July 2006, she had gone through three campaign managers and her campaign was floundering. At that time, it was disclosed that state Republican Party leaders had told Harris they would not support her because she could not win in the general election.

2. Both former beauty contestants, both into the sports for the rednecks of their areas
Yep, I've been comparing them for a month or so.

And Palin looks like she is such an incompetent politico she will self destruct just like Harris.

4. Sarah Palin is this year's Kathleen Harris... she'll be thrown under the bus after the election...
... after McCain loses in a landslide...

Count on it.

5. Palin's comparison to Harris was one of the first things that came to mind.

And I hope that there is a special place in hell for both women because their actions have caused a lot of harm to America.

Harris has been neutralized. I can only hope that Palin follows Harris down the path of obscurity, never to rise again.

7. NAH, completely different types
Katherine Harris was a rich dilitente who had nothing better to do with her time than steal elections. She looked like a figure from a wax-museum.

Palin is a working class girl made good not on the basis of daddy's money, but on the basis of her brainless spunk or something. Whatever else you say about her, she has a certain down-home authenticity that Katherine Harris couldn't come close to matching.

Only thing similar about them is that both are seriously lacking in brainpower. But not all stupid people either look or think alike. Don't be a bigot -- ha! ha!

8. Sarah has a more fetching face but not nearly as nice of er ... "rack" as the boys
say in the locker room.

But their brains are equally as vacuous. That's precisely why I don't fear Palin as a threat for either the House or the Senate in the future. I could be wrong but she's way too dumb for even a half-assed decent political shill. Only after true scoundrels raided Alaska's coffers could someone as dimwitted as "Mooselini" get elected. Not near enough scrutiny earlier. But now that rock has been turned over.

Thanks but no thanks? Indeed! :puke:

If she had dressed like that during the Florida debacle, she might have had a better reputation. Okay, maybe not, but she would have been more fun to watch on TV, while she screwed us.

17. Both are 'Useful Idiots'
Ten seconds after the Pukes don't need them, they get thrown to the wolves.

Churchy Spice will doubt her god's power after she not only helps McSame get defeated, but returns to Alaska in order to answer indictments for a year or two.
