I mean, it was just a bunch of low-paid workers who scribbled a bunch of fake names so they could earn more money. It's not fraud unless those fake people actually vote, isn't that right?

I doubt that happens too much. I bet the impact would be less than 1 / 100th of 1 percent if that. I bet we are talking about only a few hundred who actually vote with false identities.
Republicans are doing more to cage voters than ACORN is impacting things the other way with a few isolated incidents.
6. I was just asked if I "work for ACORN" when I was doing voter registration
Myself and 2 other people were doing voter reg. at a grocery store but we had Obama swag to sell and signs up around where we were sitting.
Some man asked us disgustedly if we work for ACORN.
Whatever...it pissed me off that this guy probably never heard of ACORN until 3 days ago and now knows nothing about it but thinks it's some evil group.
