Edited on Thu Oct-09-08 03:02 PM by WI_DEM
ARG is not my favorite pollster. They have Obama up by only one in MN and by 8 in WVA? McCain is ahead by 1-point among 18-49 year olds and Obama ahead by 4 among 50 and older?

Minnesota
McCain Obama Other Undecided

Likely voters 46% 47% 1% 6%

Democrats (38%) 8% 85% - 7%
Republicans (32%) 89% 7% - 4%
Independents (30%) 47% 42% 4% 7%

Men (47%) 48% 46% 1% 5%
Women (53%) 44% 48% 1% 7%

18 to 49 (59%) 48% 47% 1% 4%
50 and older (41%) 43% 47% 1% 9%

6. The oldsters may have heard about his plans to cut medicare by a trillion and
tax medical benefits and then offer a measly $2500 tax credit for individuals to purchase insurance that will cost much much more.

8. This is the same poll that has Obama up 8 in WV. They're both bullshit.

9. With results like these (particularly with the young people), they should close up shop.
