She's actually comparing other covers of Hillary, Michelle, and Cindy while 2 talking heads discuss only this topic for 5 minutes! Her whole tone is that it's unfair to Palin. I thought she was supposed to be a neutral newscaster asking questions of others. I'm sure it was the producers that decided to do a segment on the photo but, really silly. MSNBC during the afternoon is a wasteland.

7. I have the cover in front of me, and it's really not a big deal at all!

And honestly, (and I think that Palin's appearance is very overrated) she does not look that bad, especially for her age (even though I hate that expression, but you know what I mean) in the unretouched picture. And I didn't even notice the moustache when I looked at the cover the first twelve times, until it was pointed out here...very faint. And Newsweek has shown more flattering pictures of her in the past...you're right, MSNBC in the daytime really is a wasteland.
