Right now, it's apparent that it's impossible for McCain to win fairly. But we've already uncovered several plots to steal votes. How many more are there?

1. 10% or less.

That's what I've read. 6%-10%, but being a lib, I'm going with the worst case scenario. I think Obama will still take this. If he doesn't, it's not like we haven't been through this shit before. I refuse to accept defeat this time around. My sister is going to camp out on the White House lawn if McCain manages to steal this. You don't know my sister. When she says she won't budge until Obama is sworn in, she means it. I will be joining her, if this happens. With my dog in tow.

2. 2004 Ohio true exit polls were : Kerry 53.2% Bush 46.7%

2004 Ohio true exit polls were : Kerry 53.2% Bush 46.7%

http://www.exitpollz.org/cnn2004epolls/Pres_epolls/OH_P.html

2004 Final altered vote was 51% Bush 49% Kerry

http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2004/pages/results/states/OH/P/00/

So that was a +6 for Bush and - 4 for Kerry and the press slept thru that.

This time they are already saying Obama causes the exit polls to be off even more and they point to primary vote results that differed.

http://www2.journalnow.com/content/2008/oct/07/survey-says-accuracy-of-exit-polls-a-concern-for-n/news/

" Exit polls frequently overstated Obama's vote during the primaries by as much as three percentage points.

So they could say exit polls were off as much as 6% in 2004 and then add in the new Obama affect and push it up to near 10%.

So Obama, if your tin foil hat is working, needs to be leading in states by as much as 10% and more to insure if that state's election was stolen then fraud would be pursued.

3. I figured out that McCain needs to steal every last swing state in order to win
So hopefully it won't happen

4. This talk scares me
Alot. How did Bush get away with stealing FL in 2000? I wasn't old enough to understand. I really hope no fraud goes on, and this scares me mightily.

6. People better not sit back and take it this time if it happens
The exit polls did have Kerry winning especially in Ohio. Up until then they considered exit polls so accurate that they used them to call elections before the votes were even counted.
