Mad as hell why no "character" questions (Ayers, Wright) were asked in teh debate.

Democratic callers are calm and informed, freepers are uninformed, mad and just plain nasty.

Accept the facts, freepers: Your hero, John McCain is a COWARD.

Just like Bush, he's been a FAILURE.

He crashed planes in the Navy. Idiot didn't know to not stall out his engine while landing.

He was caught in Vietnam. Soldiers are trained to NOT GET CAUGHT if they are downed. A fellow pilot who was also downed said of McCain: "Some of us were smart enough to not get caught."

And given the chance last night to confront Barack Obama face to face with the Ayers "issue," hero McCain said...nothing.

He said nothing because he knows it's all bullshit. He will send Sarah Palin out to do his dirty work for him, but he won't talk about it face to face when given the chance. Why? Could it be because his history is full of people like Liddy and Keating? There is no doubt McCain has had a much closer relationship with those two than Barack ever had with Ayers.

Some hero. A liar. A coward. That's John McCain. And he's not fit for the presidency.

5. It's more like the 'racists' are out in force. This was going to happen.

Obama is the Rosa Parks of Politics. He is going to sit at the head of the country no matter what the racists on the USA bus says.

6. Funny, a cursory glimpse at Freeperville last night told me all I need to know

They were screaming to the top of their lungs about how horrible McCain was and how they wish Sarah was their Presidential candidate. They were bringing up the prospect of Obama's birth certificate being from Kenya (again) as their only chance to win the election.

So yeah, let em' keep bringing up Ayers. It's a non-issue and is hurting McCain worse than they even realize.
