Yes, there are racists that won't vote for a half black man.

And yes, the Republicans are slimy and sneeky when it comes to shaving points off in a close election, through voter suppresion and other under handed means.

But this time is different. People are loosing huge amount of money in the stock market, retirement funds, etc...

I can't even look at my invenstments any longer. And, I think, the people of this country know that more of the same is not going to cut it.

It seems to me that most great things come out of a crisis. Change comes out of a crisis. People get off their asses and start doing the right thing in a crisis.
