Even what's complained about him I don't see in the same light - I see him playing with his new toy on just how McCain could possibly pull it off. However, there was some meat behind it - not much, but some. If Obama had it wrapped up why weren't the states lining up behind him? 2 reasons: 1. Clinton's continued campaign and assertion that she could/would win, and 2. the media in general, reporting the race as being neck and neck.

I thought Todd was one of the only people pointing out that she had no shot... while also spouting that line.

She is wildly popular with the most base of the base. He knows that. And we shouldn't underestimate that popularity. You can see how dangerous it is. She could get someone shot, and not a candidate. Oh, yes. that has already occurred. That guy in the U.K., he was shot for wearing an Obama t-shirt. It could be the press, innocent bystanders, security personnel.
