Poll question: Which State Do You Think Will Have The Closest Vote Total In This Election?
If you had to pick a state people are going to be up late trying to figure out who won it, which one would you say?

2. Arkansas
The only part of the state that is really read is the northwest portion, and there is less than enthusiastic support for McCain. I see a HUGE chunk of votes going Libertarian or being spoiled by write-ins for Ron Paul. This will be enough to throw the state to Obama, or make it closer than is predicted.

5. Seconded.
Based on what happened with Doug Wilder back in 1990.

7. Colorado looks like the 2008 edition of Ohio 2004, Florida 2000
So however the voters are swinging, many will not find out until election day that they have been de-registered.

10. East of the Mississippi, I think it will be Virginia.
Further west, maybe Colorado.

I think Obama will prevail in both.

And I think Obama will win it. It will be razor thin, though.

13. I'll say Virginia
History of tight elections lately and it should still have a red partisan index of 2-3 points this year.
