Palin running for Prez: article from The Nation
<http://www.thenation.com/blogs/campaignmatters/367947/palin_s_running_for_president>

by the way----

imho, comparisons of Palin to Hillary Clinton---particularly suggestions that they could eventually run against each other for prez---strike me as extremely insulting to Hillary Clinton.

There is no way these two individuals are in the same league. Palin is a lightweight, poorly educated, ill-informed, superficial idiot; Hillary is a brilliant, profound, thinker and leader.

It was similarly insulting for Biden to have to debate Palin, and to have their debate performances compared and assessed. How demeaning for Biden; he displayed incredible grace and sportsmanship.

1. I think Palin is running for President too
Yes, she said some good things about McCain, but it was a McCain/PALIN ticket she was excited about.

If, God forbid, McCain gets to the White House, I think Palin will have him out one way or another within two years. If it's necessary for Todd to kneecap McCain, it will happen! Palin is just too much like that evil wannabe Olympic ice skater, Tonya Harding. Watch your back, McCain.

2. That has been my thought also. Don't pick a running mate under you that would like to see you
dead.

4. You are right that it is unacceptable for McCain to win
I was just trying to make a point about Palin. She isn't known as the barracuda for nothing.

6. All she'd have to do is accuse him of sexual harrassment
...and I wouldn't put it past her.

5. Good luck Palin beating a field of primary candidates
It's one thing to win the lottery and be the VP pick.

It's quite another to fight out a long primary slog to EARN your candidacy.
