2. yeah the "which child to pick up" line is vintage She Hulk
phony tearjerking sentimentality has to be injected into the campaign somehow, since these hard nosed macho men don't have a "sensitive" bone in their bodies (until they are alone in their bedrooms wearing mommy's silk undies--shh don't tell!)

4. Did she come up with the line Jon Stewart featured last night...
Bush looking very wistful, with a dreamy-eyed Pickles in the background, saying that he "couldn't imagine someone like Osama Bin Laden appreciating Hanukkah?"

3. She apparently wrote the press release for tonight's speech
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/5810451/

The four-day Republican National Convention draws to a close with a 40-minute-plus speech by Bush beginning about 10 p.m. ET that his longtime adviser Karen Hughes said would be “optimistic,” “future-oriented” and “visionary.”

5. There is Rove BUT then there is Hughes!
Karen Hughes is the queen of blood sport politics.

She knows how to go after their ba**s and castrate like a terrorist beheading. Aliwia or whomever, has nothing on Karen!

7. Speaking neutrally
I fear Hughes more than I fret about Rove. Hughes is more than crass politics and she provides substance to Bush that no one else can. Machiavelli with velvet gloves.

8. Shrubya looks a mite confused. Hopefully his head will be so full of
instructions he will say, "Oh, Cheney it, I am just going to be myself."
