14. I wish he had brought that up after McCain cited the "Wipe Israel off the face of the earth" quote
I mean, what, it's ok for McCain to say that shit but not for Ahmadinejad?

Sure wish that parallel had been drawn

23. "I Have A Bracelet Too"
Ryan Jopek would have been honored, and I'm sure his family was too. He's from Merrill, Wisconsin, a very repub area. Obama said it was given to him in Green Bay. It was probably bittersweet for the Jopek Family, but mostly sweet:)

41. Well, I'm not exactly answering the OP's question,
but here's what I saw:

Barack a more commanding presence on the stage - did turn to McCain and attempt to engage him
Answered the friggin' questions
Did not go off on wierd tangents
Showed a lot more class - I don't think Barack would have mentioned the name on the bracelet he was wearing if McCain hadn't mentioned his
Focused more on issues - actually mentioned home heating oil in the coming winter months, mortgage relief, veterans, deregulation

I was happy to see him interrupting McCain several times and insisting on correcting his many false statements, but he's gotta pound away on his voting record - especially the war, the economy and vets. Barack gave away too much on offshore drilling and nuclear power. He's gotta keep in mind McCain never once said, "I agree with Senator Obama on......."
