Obama looked Presidential, McCain did not, could Obama have done a little better, maybe
but he exceeded my expectations. Obama went up against a Senator that has served for 26 years and i think Obama held his own.

it ain't over yet people but please, lets give Obama some credit here, he was good and imo the format sucked.

3. Obama made a mucn better showing than in his debates with Hillary.
That's for sure. I think many people were surprised. This was supposed to be a for sure win for McCain, I made he had the ads saying so put out there hours before hand!

4. Obama did fine! He wasn't as aggressive as I had hoped, but he held his own
to be sure, and he definitely looked more Presidential, and McSame looked like a nutty old man, sitting in his corner and smirking the whole time.

6. He more than held his own
Especially on foreign policy. He dominated the 2nd half of the debate, IMO.

8. I agree the format was horrible, no structure. McCain got so many
times to defend himself etc

9. Quick, we need McCain size popsicle sticks!
....to prop up his back!

Ahhhh.... John. All talk, same old Bush course and not much in the backbone department, at least not enough to look your opponent in the eye. Learn some new stories, and please note, Reagan years are really not worth revisiting, at least for those that didn't have 7 digit bank accounts at the time. If this subject was John's strength, and they basically broke even, he's going to be in a world of trouble in the other debates.

And yes, I am Gabby Garcia's understudy.
