and be seen as a hero....which often kills the paitient, of course. The economy being the patient, here. McCain basically killed the bailout negotiations progress for his own personal, political benefit, so he can be perceived as the savior when a bailout agreement is reached, through his perceived intervention. Of course this high-risk strategy doesn't gaurantee the "patient", our economy, will survive.
