1. Y'know when we had our offices broken into, they called it Watergate
Just sayin'.. if someone though that she was doing state business on a Yahoo account to get around government in the sunshine laws, they should have gone to the courts to get a warrant.

As it is, her privacy has been invaded.

2. Cry me a River.
If she has been playing by the rules the emails wouldn't be available on Yahoo anyhow and this whole thing would probably never have happened.

3. Agreed
I am an email admin. Anyone that is doing official, or private matters through a public email such as yahoo is an idiot. All of our official mail is encrypted, anyone we find using outside email sources is warned and then terminated for a second offense.

5. I remember when it came out that the Republicans had been eavesdropping on
Democratic Senator's computers. I don't recall the screaming about the sanctity of one's computer from them at the time.

I have no sympathy for these people at all.

Besides which, doing state business on Yahoo to get around inquiries into government dealings is just plain slimy.

Regards
