Instead of obsessing about Palin we should be helping Barr...
Perot put Clinton in the White House.
Barr certainly seems like the key to winning this time in a very close election.

1. Perot took votes from the middle, not the ends.
And consequently he hurt Bush (the less demented) about as much as he hurt Clinton (penile version). Third party runs from the right or the left hurt their opposite centrist party, Nader hurt Gore, and Barr could hurt Gramps, but the Perot example is inaccurate.

2. Barr will get some Paleo-conservatives, Baldwin some RW evangelicals, and Paul
will grab some write-ins from the Libertarians who don't find Barr their cup o'tea.
