DUH: Don't you think that Palin would have made book banning a concern in hiring a NEW librarian IF
Edited on Tue Sep-09-08 11:51 AM by Skwmom
she hadn't been forced to rehire the old librarian?

Why is anyone falling for this STUPID false spin from Rove and Gang?

With that said, they are going to put false stories out there in an attempt to discredit the critics - these people are famous for recycling the same old dirty tricks.

The list of banned books was a fake and no doubt was put out by Rove and gang.

BUT Palin wanting to ban library books is NOT a lie and I think any American with half a brain when presented with the facts (she asked the librarian TWICE about banning books and then fired her) can pretty well figure out that if Palin had her way (the old librarian would have stayed fired). Then she would have been able to hire a new librarian and it's a SAFE BET that book banning would have been a topic of discussion in the hiring process - or she would have hired a right wing wacko like herself so the subject wouldn't even have to be broached in the hiring process.

Looking at the responses to the Newsweek article, it is painfully obvious that McNasty's operatives are working this board. Remember, Rove said the internet would play a huge part in this election.

The Newsweek fact check org is a darn joke.
