Crawling into Obama's skin
Obama calls for dialog with our adversaries: Bush begins dialog with our adversaries, after Bush/McCain attack Obama on the issue.

Obama promises to get troops out of Iraq: Bush claims he will have troops out by 2011, after Bush/McCain attack Obama on the issue.

Obama passes anti-corruption legislation and runs on change: McCain claims he will bring change to washington, runs as someone who will hold Republicans accountable for their corruption.

Obama draws adoring, cheering, vast crowds: McCain draws small crowds of 'base' supporters who cheer wildly in faux imitation of the excitement of Obama crowds.

Obama spends three years as a community organizer: GOP attacks community organizers while cheering RNC throngs wave 'service' placards. McCain ends RNC speech by calling on Americans to become community organizers.

Lately, McCain has even gone so far as imitating Hillary Clinton's voice inflections when making speeches. Think of her speaking style while listening to him talk sometime.

Do you see a pattern here folks?

McCain and Bush are attempting to preempt Obama's positions by imitating them.

Serial killer Ed Gein used to walk around in his house wearing the skin of his victims. McCain/Bush are trying to crawl into Obama's skin.

2. That's because McCain nor Bush have any original ideas.....
so they have to copy the leader.

It's just a fact.

3. Follow The Leader.
I keep pointing this out to my wingnut acquaintances and they go all pale-faced and silent. :-)

4. Muddle the discussion and Obama's message. Fire up the base.

That's their approach now it seems, waiting for that last minute blackening of him and that's basically their campaign.

I don't think it will work this time.
