2. Yes, I wish people would realize that the McCain campaign hamstrung itself.

They might have gotten themselves their own "instant celebrity" in Palin but they basically need to babysit her because she obviously has way too many weaknesses that even the lameass news media could tear her a new one. Biden is so obviously his own person that Barack can just let him do his own thing while trusting Joe to keep on message. Plus, Hillary is obviously pissed off so yeah, great one McCain-- you did a really good job of helping Hillary overcome whatever leftover reluctance she might have had about campaigning for Obama.

So I hope people will chill a little bit.
