2. so all that talk about being the "Party of Lincoln" is just a lie?

I mean, they have a bonafide secessionist running for president. (As far as I'm concerned, McCain is a stalking horse--as long as he's running, Palin only has to get through one debate against Biden, instead of three against Obama, and if McCain wins, she'll become president when he dies in office, if he doesn't just resign first.)

3. i thought this would be the most damning thing about Palin

we've been talking about it since Sept 2nd (http://journals.democraticunderground.com/whrab/23). I'm glad to see it on Mudflats blog. It was brought up in the comments many posts ago.
At least it hasn't fallen off the radar yet.
maybe that means its simmering?
