The only difference I see is lipstick, but who knows what goes on in his 'undisclosed' location. She will do for health care and women's/civil rights what he did for diplomacy and world peace. And don't forget the oil industry ties and a general disregard for simple human decency.

Clearly she will be the enforcer. McCain/Palin would truly mark the end of the American Dream and the beginning of the Amerikan Nightmare.
