During the ENTIRE DEMOCRATIC CONVENTION, we had to listen to endless Rethugs beating the shit out of our Party, out of our Convention, and out of our Constitution. For every two Dems interviewed, there were three RWers standing right there to negate everything anyone said. what's more, every single light position, set accouterments including the columns, and every other piece of shit issue there could possibly be and even more were laughed at. It was the worst thing I'd ever heard and I'm no youngster: I visited Atlantic City during the convention there in 1964 and watched every minute of every convention then and since and I have never ever witnessed an on-air live trashing of a convention with the exception of the 68 Democratic Mess engineered by the RWers in Chicago.

So here I am, sitting in front of an HD screen listening to Fascist after fascist and there is no rebuttal except for an occasional weak-kneed Dem who 'acknowledges' what a war-hero McCain is and that Palin "knocked it out of the park". Shit. And even these asshole Dems are few and far between. If McCain becomes President and then as Marlon Brando stated in The Godfather Part I, he should have an accident, or hang himself (in his jail cell), or come to some other harm, then I will surrender to the onslaught of Fascism, and, as some of Bush's people are wont to say, "I'm gonna lie back and enjoy it", because we are fucked.

I will never go to any of the other stations again to watch something like this. C Span had no talking heads --just covered the whole thing and it was great. I am sick to death of listening to those bags of crap, and I mean ALL of them. My TV viewing has shrunk to practically nothing these days.Much better for my mental health.
