By letting bills become law without her signature. Here's one example:

Palin lets drug bill become law

JUNEAU -- Gov. Sarah Palin has allowed a bill to establish a prescription drug database to become law without her signature.

We need to document how many bills became law without her signature, effectively allowing her to "vote present" and not having to take a stand or make a decision.

Her slap at Obama on the above issue really pissed me off...can you tell?

2. Wow. Bet that pained you, huh?
BTW, Illinois makes very liberal use of the precedent - Obama's record of voting "present" was/is on par with most, if not all, of the Illinois Legislature.

Now, here's a curious bit of stats for you:

110th congress

John McCain: 407 votes missed (63.8%), 231 votes cast
Barack Obama: 290 votes missed (45.5%), 348 votes cast

And no, I didn't hate to do that. But thanks for asking.

3. Thanks for the troll backhand!
If she is going to distort his record of voting "present", then I want to know why she couldn't take the time to sign or veto all the bills the Alaskan legislature sent to her for her signature. That includes ones naming memorial bridge overpasses, designating an official state jelly, and all the other useless legislation that becomes an Act of the Legislature. If she allowed a bill to become law without weighing in on it, I think we need to know it.....because "Enquiring minds want to know!" :)
