I'm facing reality!!!I have been a liberal Democrat all of my life - and I see trouble here.

To answer why they won't vote for Obama - "I just don't like him" came from 2 0f the 3." Now what does that tell you?

80. I've had several people who I KNOW are Republicans tell me they're voting McCain.......
It's like reverse psychology with a LOT of Republicans these days. They never admit to being what they are.

82. Fortunately, Obama's not counting on Arizona.
He's probably going to lose Alaska, too.

Even the most slanted polls are 50/50.

92. I'm Just Checking Out Threads... Don't Post Much Anymore... But I DO Have
to chime in with a bit of good news for Obama. I live in one of the BIG RED Counties in Florida... you know the one that lost all those votes in 2006? Driving around town I have seen quite a few Obama bumper stickers which really has surprised me. There's a place called Casey Key very very close to me, this place is BIG MONEY and has the Gulf on one side and the Intra-Coastal Waterway on the other! I've been working at the home of a rather famous person who lives on the key and I always check out cars and yard signs on the way there. I've seen more than I ever expected. Don't know what it actually means or how it plays out, but I will only say that even Joe Biden came here yesterday and spoke. Unfortunately I didn't know about it because Dems NEVER come here. Not even Bill Clinton and he actually won this county his 2nd term! That's saying a LOT!

If I ever want to see any candidates I have to go to Tampa at least, we rarely get to see the national candidates up close and personal here, it's THAT RED! Think Katherine "Cruella" Harris... she was the Representative here for two terms... so perhaps it's not so bleak!

I'm only going by what I see on the road, but this county almost NEVER elects ANY Democrat. I've lived here 26 years or so and I can't remember one... but there might have been one or two, just not sure.

Just thought I would make the comment.

can loose Arizona. His lead was pretty small the last I look.

We could possibly move it.

. . . who voted for Hillary in the primaries and are so pissed that she's not the Dem nominee that they plan to abstain from voting.
