16. Once the NYT did the piece on Joe S. as host of Morning Joe

Mika and Willie got shoved into the background.

The three of them had a nice dynamic and back and forth up till that point. Once Joe became the "star" the others were probably told sit down, agree with Joe and don't draw attention to yourself.

The show is now an ego vehicle/echo chamber for JS and it's becoming an unenjoyable train wreck.

19. Scarborough yells and talks right over her. She won't raise her voice

and only speaks here and there when there's a second of space between his sentences.. and she's usually just agreeing with him. If she disagree's it's in the form of rolling her eyes or making a one or two word statement before he talks over her and she shuts up immediately.

I think she was put there to make Scarborough look powerful.. or feel powerful. Her job is to be meek and mild and not have much of an opinion. She's background noise like filler like they have on the radio.

17. Mika disappoints me a lot.

I think that her grandfather was my political science professor in college. He was the brother of the former prime minister and president in exile of Czechoslovakia (when it was Czechoslovakia).

I remember that my professor's name was Benes, but I don't remember his first name (wouldn't have used it, obviously, since I was a freshman). I really, really liked her grandfather.

Her grandfather was not easily intimidated. Mika is too intent on pleasing Joe Scarborough. Mika should stop playing second fiddle. Mika, you only live once. Be yourself. Don't bow for money, fame or fake love. You'll regret it.

24. Well, Mika claims it's because she's being "picked on" and that it's "sexist"..

even though not one of the criticisms (from our side at least) has to do with her being a woman, but rather her qualifications. I don't think anyone is saying she shouldn't be VP just because she's a mom (although some of her judgments as such have no doubt been questionable, but I prefer to stick to the issues and those are what most of the questions McCain is so pissed about are pertaining to..), like Mika keeps on whiningly suggesting.. :eyes:
