Speculation on Morning Joe: "THIS IS SARAH PALIN'S PARTY"... McCain better be worried.
Chuck Todd just stated that this convention isn't about Issues or even McCain. It's about the GOP getting a rock star of their own, Palin. She is taking the media and the party by storm and we may find out that this election is about Palin. Even by McCain's own Campaign standards, she's more qualified than McCain.

I think we better rethink the "will Palin drop out" and ask this question: "Will Palin Take Over and shove McCain out?"

:wow:

2. Their convention is a circus. Jerry Springer couldn't assemble
such a menu of misfits.

Nobody cares a bit about the party message.

7. That is exactly what this election is becoming. The media is turning it
into Obama vs. Palin, and McCain is quickly becoming irrelevant. There has to be a way to turn this fact to our advantage...maybe that the Repukes don't have confidence in their own candidate and have to bring in a "personality" to shore up the ticket.

9. well, at least we KNOW our rock star in the sense that he has been in the media spotlight for a
little while. The Repubs better not dare pull that messiah crap on us again, after getting someone of their own who has barely gotten any attention since last week, but people all of the sudden blindly worship and make excuses for bc of her "conservative values". Taking the media by storm? The media may like her, but how much fucking media interviews, etc HAS SHE DONE? This is all very bizarre.
