Sorry about one more Palin pregnancy thread,

but my mother had an interesting idea yesterday. We were talking about thing we had learned about Sarah Palin since McCain picked her and when I brought up my concern with her not going to the hospital when her water broke my mother brought up something I had not considered. Maybe since she is anti-abortion she could not end her pregnancy that way, but she acted in ways that might be harmful to the pregnancy. Maybe that is also why she did not gain much weight with her last pregnancy. Maybe she did not want to have this baby, but could not terminate the pregnancy by an abortion. If she did not eat properly or take care of herself including delaying getting to the doctor after her water broke, maybe, just maybe it was because she did not want to have this child.

This is a more realistic explanation for the reported bizarre behavior w/respect to the last trimester (flying) and the onset of labor (flying, delaying getting medical attention) than the complex and improbable story being bandied about.
