Seriously. She brings no experience, which was an attacking point for the Repubs against Obama. She's more conservative than George W. Bush, and that undercuts McCain's "maverick independent" crap. She doesn't bring anything electorally (except Alaska's 3 mighty electoral votes). And honestly, it is ridiculous to even think that women or young voters will flock to the Republicans just because of Palin.

I went to some political message boards today (CNN, etc.) and women who were undecided actually said that they felt McCain was insulting them so they were swayed toward Obama. And it seems like McCain doesn't understand that young voters like Obama because of his message. McCain thinks having Palin (who did model shoots and was on her basketball team) will help him attract young voters. LOL. Well, I'm what you would consider a young voter (22) and let me tell you, all of my friends still plan on voting for Obama.

Questions is how many RW youth votes are there?

so this pick is nothing more than an RW ppeasement, only it will fire up their youth!

2. Dan Quayle had more experience than Sarah Palin.
They're really scraping the bottom of the barrel.

3. Has anyone ever seen
Dan Quayle and Sarah Palin in the same room?

Is she Dan Quayle in drag?

It's a fair question.

7. Exactly, it is very Quayle like
At least they now thing women will vote for a woman rather than just a pretty man, but it's still very shallow of them. And it will backfire.

A republican is still a republican.

If Hillary were our nominee with Barack a close second, they'd have picked a black man. And he would still be a republican and we still wouldn't vote for McGramps just because of him.
