5. Ridge comes from a very important state for us
If McCain wants to competitive in PA, this would be his best move. It looks like this election could come down to PA, VA, FL, and OH - so that would be a strategic move for McCain on that front. On the other hand, it's gives us "MORE OF THE SAME" credibility.
