PRINCETON, NJ -- The latest Gallup Poll Daily tracking average from Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday shows a race that is still close, with Barack Obama at 45% and John McCain at 44% among registered voters.

Too close to be good but not really as McCains "lead" was only a DAY or to long YET will this be reported every where like when he went ahead.

1. Don't worry the talking heads will add the phrase

"within the margin of error" now. Notice that they don't say that the few times McCain was ahead by 1 or 2 points.

This really gets me because the same here on DU. The second McCain went up I saw the poll like 8 times. But this one nothing.

3. They (MSM) need some e-mails

regarding their bias. The daily tracking poll doesn't bother me too much, it's the way the media portrays it that gets under my skin. I know the state-by-state polls are more meaningful :-).
