I can't wait for Biden's acceptance speech tonight!

I'm really curious as to how he will deliver it and what he will focus on. Biden's first speech at the IL rally was pretty good but rough in certain places, which was understandable because he had to pull it together at practically the last minute. So I'm really wondering what kind of speech he will give with more time and preparation. Plus, Biden's a bit more used to all the paparazzo-reporters now and the media spotlight.

One thing I'm really hoping he'll do though is to deliver some of those zingers! McCain needs to be dealt with the same way Biden dealt with Guiliani!

Tell you one thing though, I'll be happy when the RNC starts, my sleep schedule is all messed up from staying up late enough to watch the last couple of speeches at night...

2. He has a speechwriter working for him now (the Obama campaign

hired one before they picked the VP), so hopefully he'll have some good help.

6. Hrm... yeah... Much respect for Bill but I don't think he'd appreciate Biden doing anything that'd

upstage him even though ostensibly, Biden is a more important figure at this convention than Bill is. I'm hoping that they both wow just in different ways so that there's no conflict.

8. I think his speech was written for him....

so I am hopeful that Joe isn't lost in it. I hope the rumors aren't true. It would diminish his style, and change who he is, and what he's all about. I'm not sure he has worked with a teleprompter for that length of time before, so I am wishing him the best.
