Now, I bet a lot of you who read this planned to come in here and tear me a new one for spreading lies about Obama - Good. I think that you should have that reaction.

However, there's a group of posters at DU who keep telling us to ignore it whenever a PUMA posts a thread tearing down our nominee for president and I don't agree with that.

I say whenever someone comes to DU and posts lies or attempts to demoralize us with vague smears against Obama or Biden, we need to call them out and shout them down with the truth.

I mean, whenever a freeper does this there's no chorus telling us to just ignore them and they'll go away.

So what makes PUMAs different?

What gives them the inherent right to lie and demoralize us?

And why do some DUers want us to let this happen?
