Prediction re: the right-wing reaction to the running mate

No matter WHO is selected as Obama's running mate, that person will be called "the worst possible choice."

There will be shrill hollering about how Obama showed "bad judgment" in picking "the worst VP pick in U.S. history."

The press releases and talking points are already written. They're just waiting for a name to plug in.

6. Unfortunately Biden is

The republicans were most concerned about an Obama/Hillary ticket. That would have been a guaranteed winner.

They were also concerned about Bayh.

Just checked some conservative blogs. They are popping corks over Biden.

Why did it take Obama this long just to get someone like Biden? I could understand if Hillary or Gore.

And then announce on a Saturday. The Olympics are on. Kids are back in school. Football and soccer going on. Nobody but us die hards are even watching.
