and my daughter noticed something interesting. Obama's father was born the same year as McCain - 1936.

Not saying McCain is old or anything.

She's a "numbers person" and picks up on those things faster than I do.

3. McCain was born two years before my husband.

My husband is physically and mentally fit but I wouldn't want to put him in the White House. He has PTSD from VN and his life view is angry at the core. He also has a degree of paranoia. Most people wouldn't notice it because he appears to be a nice guy but it is there and it affects his judgment.

4. I've had friends who were married to

Vietnam vets and I've heard similar stories from all of them. The most common one is waking up in the middle of the night thinking they're in Nam and their wife is the enemy. Scary stuff.
