Poll question: What time of day will the VP announcement arrive?
Times in EST. I'm assuming it'll be some time during the hours below so west coast is awake too but I could be wrong!

1. Around 9 a.m. EST ... so I'll have to leave my phone by my bed in the West
I predict the text beep will wake me up, frankly.

3. I think he'll be kinder than that -- let you get up and going before he
takes over your day with the news. :7

15. I'm in L.A. and I remember getting up at 4 a.m. to see the Kerry/Edwards anncmt
Since I've become more politically active, I have lost
SO MUCH SLEEP IT'S NOT FUNNY! (Washington Journal on
"The Span" starts at 4 a.m. my time, so there are days
I show up to work on less than 6 hours sleep ... but
the wiser for it!)

Please, Barack -- at least let it happen at NOON EASTERN
which will allow me to toast my morning latte to you
and your running mate ...

and I LOVE YOUR SCREEN NAME -- JOE TRULY IS ONE OF US!!!!!
(Need I add that I will be THRILLED if his choice is
Biden?)

letting them know why I think Joe is THE GUY ...
Seriously, he IS the "real deal" (yeah, I'm
borrowing, Randi).

I think he was talking about Gonzalez (OMG!) but I
think she has a begrudging respect for him.

I know I DO and would be overjoyed to have him
on the ticket. This man has served our country for
a long time, tried twice to become president himself,
and I think his continuing service to the country
(as well as the fact he's been vetted more than
once) make him a more than deserving pick for the
ticket. I want change, but we must also respect
someone like Joe who has served this country for
THIRTY FUCKING YEARS -- and, as I've reminded
myself recently, he came into Congress in 1972,
in time to MAKE A DIFFERENCE in the Watergate era.

I think they'll want their supporters out of bed, awake, not stuck in traffic to or from work, and give it in time to hit the evening news.

EDIT -- what do you think, JIOOU?

So the supporters know about it before the morning pundits get going.
