Rumor check: If Lieberman speaks at the rethug convention, he will be kicked out of the Dem Caucus

But if Lieberman speaks at the Republican Convention as rumored, staffers in the senate say the Democrats plan to strip him of his chairmanship of the Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, kick him out of the party caucus and he will, for all intents and purposes, become a Republican.

We all know that the Democratic leadership has been dancing with this traitorous bastard because of our very slim majority on The Hill. Yet at this point, can't we assume we will have enough of a Senatorial lead in January that Loserman will be 100% irrelevant? It would be poetic justice to essentially tell him to fuck off, we don't want or need you anymore.

The irony is after we have a healthy majority, the rethugs won't want him either.
