I must warn up front though, that the sun was directly in our eyes, something we were afraid of at 5pm, but by then couldn't do anything about. :( So my Obama pix are EPIC FAIL.

But the other shots are kind of cool, it gives you a feeling of being on the ground, anticipating. I have some more sightseeing pictures that I will post in the Photography Group this weekend, if anyone is interested in Berlin. Very cool city, I will visit again.

I love the slide show. The best shots are the flag you've included in this OP and the t-shirt with the bumper sticker about saluting with more than one finger. I wish I could find that bumper sticker!

13. thanks but I was really mad not to get

pictures of the man himself. If we were only 20 ft. to the right, I would have had awesome shots. :( I kind of accepted my fate though, and just enjoyed the speech, the pressure was off to take pictures once I realized that we were being blinded by the sun.

And I am in the crowd shots, so like you said, not EPIC FAIL.

14. I was kind of hoping somebody from the media

would take a picture of that, but I guess it was too controversial. I did have about 4 people come up to me and ask if they could photograph my back. :rofl:
