Word on the press
Senator Obama has had an amazing, absolutely amazing overseas trip! He has not missed a step. The republicans made a huge huge mistake daring as it were that Senator Obama go overseas. So the press which has had to acknowledge from time to time that Senator Obama was making a positive trip, are salivating for the opportunity to do a hit job on Obama.

Just watching ABC Good Morning America, and their reporter following Obama, really did a swipe at Obama to the point that one of the co hostesses made the statement "that is if there is a media mutiny I would not want to be around with you there" (as well as I remember it).

After 7 1/2 years of ineptitude, foot in mouth speeches on foreign lands, and trying to cover a greased pig, the press does not know how to handle a competent campaigner and staff. Sad isn't it that their standards have fallen so.

1. Obama has done a good job, of course
After 7 1/2 years of such a bumbling fool, having a president able to tie his shoes would be an improvement.

Go Obama '08!

3. It is such a relief, not to have our fearless leader
on the nightly joke tape, walking into doors, knowing how to say nuclear, acting as a president should!! I really think the press is so used to such low standards that they are looking for bushisms type of gaffes. That has been their bread and butter for 7 years

2. Everyone overseas is so happy to see Obama will replace the Dumb Ass.
Seven plus years of Bush TELLING everyone in the world how it will be, versus an intelligent guy who understands how to ask questions, how to understand the answers, and how to involve others in that process.
